The wood also provides memories of cocoa, toasty and coffee. His entry into the mouth leaves a nice wine, charming, powerful with good acidity and well balanced. From soft sweet tannins it has a smooth entry, nice fresh with long aftertaste.

In the mouth flavours are intense and complex with hints of wormwood, cinnamon, cardamom, thyme, cloves and nutmegs. The full bodied palate has great length with a long aftertaste.

It is bottled without filtering, to maintain all its organoleptic properties. This EVOO is Ecologic Certified by the DO Rioja of organic olive oils, as well as the Spanish Minister of Agriculture. It is a natural product exclusively obtained from physical procedures.
Fresh, fruity and delicate aromas with green olive, and fresh tomato herbs notes. It is dense but delicate at the same time, thanks to its low acidity level.
Pleasant and persistent, with a subtle pleasant itch at the end.
