Our Ecologic Olive Grove is hand-picked during the night, at low temperatures, to preserve the natural aromas of the olives that are going to go through a cold mechanical extraction without use of solvents or refining methods. It is bottled without filtering, to maintain all its organoleptic properties. This EVOO is Ecologic Certified by the DO Rioja of organic olive oils, as well as the Spanish Minister of Agriculture. It is a natural product exclusively obtained from physical procedures.
Fresh, fruity and delicate aromas with green olive, and fresh tomato herbs notes. It is dense but delicate at the same time, thanks to its low acidity level.
Pleasant and persistent, with a subtle pleasant itch at the end.
