WINEMAKING
On 15 October the resulting “free-run” wine was transferred, filling 65 new French oak barrels from 13 carefully chosen separate cooperages. The goal was to achieve the perfect blend to ensure malolactic fermentation in contact with the less. 17 months later, the wine was bottled to continue its ‘ageing’ process in the bottle.

Edulis Crianza is a fresh, fruity, well-structured wine, the epitome of quality modern Riojas. You can enjoy it with pub-like food at a friendly gathering, before or during dinner, or on more special occasions.
Intense, deep ruby red with garnet highlights. Sweet red fruit (strawberry, cherry) and liquorice aromas blend harmonically with the smoky, oaky notes; there is just a hint of earthy back notes.

One of the very few 100% Sauvignon Blancs in Rioja. With its unique bottle, it´s saying it´s something special and unique. It surprises with a fresh profile and pleasant mouth feel.
Pale yellow with slight green highlights. Intense, fragrant nose with citrus notes, grapefruit and a touch of pineapple as first notes, backed by secondary green apple and floral aromas. Fresh, crispy entry leads to a silky, flavourful mouth, with its lively acidity deliciously complementing tropical/citrusy flavours.

Friendly, young, seductive and refreshing white wine.
Straw yellow, clean and bright. A balanced aromatic intensity in which exotic and tropical notes are combined (stone fruit like peach) along with some citric touches. In the mouth it is friendly, fruity and unctuous with a sweet and soft finish.

Wine with a cherry-red colour and medium depth, bright and attractive to look at. Open aromas of great finesse, packed with fruitiness. Pleasant in its attack, with body and balance. Fresh at first and warm and supple in the finish. Well integrated acidity. Excellent retronasal phase with hints of carbonic maceration. It will develop more powerful aromas with the passage of time.

You will be pleasantly surprised by our Edulis Reserva. Its aromatic power, bright fruit and easy tannins define it as a classic, modern Rioja. 100% Tempranillo. 3 months in Allier vats (22,000L) and 18 months in new French oak casks.
Garnet-red with ruby highlights. Complex and well-balanced bouquet; red fruits (raspberry), liquorice, and smoky, spicy, toasty notes are predominant with hints of balsamic back notes.
Supple and rich on the palate, with a meaty texture and lively fruit that make this an easy wine to drink, and very food-friendly too. Its long finish will please many wine-lovers. It will gain complexity in the cellar.
